Shanghai International Respiratory Symposium will be held in Shanghai
from October 13 through 16, 2005. The meeting will be joined by Second
National Middle Aged and Young Respirologists' Forum, and sponsored
by Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Fudan University; Institute of
Respiratory Diseases, Fudan University; Chinese Medical Journal (English).
The meeting will also be supported by Shanghai Medical Association.
We anticipate some eight hundred pulmonologists, intensive care specialists,
clinical and basic scientists, and research trainees and students
from China and abroad. The participants include leading scientists
and physicians working at institutes and laboratories for respiratory
biology and medicine, and at adult and pediatric clinics of pulmonology
and intensive care unit. This Symposium will provide a platform for
scientists and pulmonologists worldwide to exchange ideas and to discuss
the new development in research and patient management.
