第一期 - 病 例 
A 50-year-old female television executive
presents to her internist with a 3 cm mass in her left
breast. No skin changes are present in the breast and
no palpable axillary lymph nodes are detected on exam.
A mammogram confirms a 3 cm left breast mass and a normal
right breast. A biopsy of the mass is performed and reveals
an infiltrating adenocarcinoma. Biochemical profile, CBC,
bone scan and CXR are normal. ECOG performance status
is 1. Tumor characteristics at the time of primary diagnosis:
Histology: Infiltrating ductal carcinoma
ER: 0% cells positive
PR: 0% cells positive
Ploidy: Aneuploid
S-phase: 15%
HER-2: 0 IHC, FISH negative
Question

Adriamycin (doxorubicin) and cytoxan (cyclophosphamide)

Adriamycin + Taxol (paclitaxel)
Adriamycin + Taxotere (docetaxel)

No neoadjuvant therapy
